Technology moves fast. We humans need time.
AI transformation for your company, development for the people who will lead the change.
Services
What I offer
I help companies grow creatively with new technology such as AI, and develop the leaders and teams who will drive that growth. My approach is holistic: technology, people and strategy. Technology creates the possibilities, strategy sets the direction, and people determine whether change becomes real.
Start here
AI Exploration Day
A concentrated start, often lunch to lunch, taking your leadership team from fragmented AI understanding to a shared direction. You leave with a common picture, a first prioritisation of where AI creates most value, and clarity on what to do next.
AI Readiness Assessment
A structured review of where you stand today: technology, skills, culture and governance. You receive a written assessment with recommendations and a prioritised plan for what needs to be in place before the transformation accelerates.
Core engagements
AI transformation leadership
Strategic design and leadership for AI initiatives, including the organisational and human change that determines whether AI creates real value. You get governance that keeps the work moving, and an organisation that gradually manages more on its own.
Innovation leadership
I lead new ideas from first spark to living product or business: exploration, validation and prototypes, but also the organisational work around them that innovation needs to take hold. The result is validated concepts, working prototypes and a way of working you can reuse.
Organisational development
Gestalt-based organisational development that addresses causes rather than symptoms, in structure and culture, process and relationships. You get an organisation that sees its own patterns and can change them.
Ongoing development
Coaching for individuals and teams
Executive coaching and leadership development for individuals, systemic team coaching for groups. The individual gets a confidential space, sharper self-insight and concrete steps forward; the team gets a shared language and the ability to handle difficult questions together.
Process design & facilitation
I design and facilitate workshops, leadership offsites, retrospectives and difficult conversations, holding the process so the group can focus entirely on the content. You get meetings that lead somewhere, with decisions that hold afterwards.
Capability building
Tailored programmes that build AI capability, coaching leadership and change readiness across the organisation. The result is skills that get used in everyday work, with practice and follow-up rather than a one-off lecture.
Inspiration
Keynotes & talks
Keynotes and workshops on AI, leadership and inner development, for leadership teams, conferences or entire organisations. You get equal parts provocation and shifted perspective, plus concrete tools to start using the next day.
Past work
What I have contributed to in recent years
A selection, from AI transformation to executive coaching and change leadership.
Interim lead of the AI hub in a global security group
Interim head of the central AI hub orchestrating the group’s global AI transformation: a federated AI community of 200+ people, a portfolio of strategic bets, and the work of realising their value.
AI Exploration Day for the leadership team of an industrial group
Designed and facilitated two days, lunch to lunch, for the leadership team of an industrial company in sealing solutions. We began with individual conversations and then met in a joint workshop. What was fragmented when we started had become a shared direction by the time we parted.
AI introduction for a small pharmaceutical company
Ran a four-hour workshop, half kickoff and half hackathon, for the leadership of a pharmaceutical company in regulatory affairs. We went from no AI structure at all to concrete automations, hands-on, that same afternoon.
Resilience in AI use for an innovation team
Facilitated a reflective conversation for an innovation team in a grocery retail group on cognitive resilience as AI accelerates everyday work. Worked in the room with a systemic four-field model and opened up what is rarely said out loud: energy, overload, and how to support one another.
AI-First Foundation for a pet supplies retail concept
Helped a pet supplies retail concept build the very capability to take on AI: how to think, prioritise and get started. Less a single solution, more a foundation to stand on as the technology changes.
AI governance from scratch for a European ad-tech platform
Led the AI transformation for 400+ employees across nine countries and built the governance from a blank sheet: steering group, Champions Network and a Center of Excellence. None of it existed when we began, and much was redrawn along the way.
Coaching a serial entrepreneur into the next chapter
Coached a serial entrepreneur through the chapter after the exit, quarter by quarter. The questions were less about the next company and more about what gives direction now, and how work and life should fit together going forward.
Coaching a tech lead in a grocery retail AI initiative
Coached a tech lead in a grocery retail group’s AI initiative through a focused seven-session programme: growing into the leadership role, using strengths deliberately and challenging ingrained patterns.
Systemic team coaching for the leadership team of a ventures unit
Led a cohesive programme of systemic team coaching and retrospectives for the leadership team of a grocery retail group’s ventures unit. Worked with the team’s conversational patterns, feedback culture and how the group functions together under pressure.
Coaching innovation leaders in retail
Coached senior innovation and sustainability leaders in a grocery retail ecosystem on commercialising impact, collaborating in complex networks and leading clearly in the midst of uncertainty.
Coaching a senior leader at a career crossroads
Coached a senior leader through the crossroads towards the next chapter: leaving the safe path to start their own venture, finding more freedom of expression and managing energy. Executive coaching with equal parts strategy and personal development.
Individual coaching of key people in a growing tech company
Coached key people in the software team of a fast-growing fiber optics tech company, as an investment in developing leaders in step with the company’s growth.
Coaching leadership for 80+ Nordic leaders
Facilitated a five-step programme in coaching leadership for 80+ Nordic leaders in a global pharmaceutical group, around GROW, psychological safety and powerful questions. The goal was simple: more managers daring to coach instead of solving for others.
Strategic leadership for an executive team member in the energy sector
Coached a senior leader in one of Sweden’s largest energy companies over several years, on strategic leadership, succession and the balance between results and the people who deliver them.
Self-leadership programme for a growing gaming company
Designed and ran a self-leadership programme for 60+ employees at a growing Stockholm gaming company: values work, culture and a coaching mindset built to last even as the company grew fast.
Systemic team coaching in a government agency
Team-coached teams in a Swedish government agency to surface the patterns beneath the surface, strengthen relationships and build capacity to hold the complexity of a public mandate.
Leadership days & a recurring leadership forum
Designed and facilitated leadership days and a recurring leadership forum for an international retail tech company. A room the leaders kept coming back to, time after time.
VUCA leadership in rapid growth
Designed and facilitated a leadership programme for the management team of a Swedish e-commerce company on leading in VUCA: leadership criteria, team identity and navigating fast growth.

Process
How I work
I have stopped believing in the perfect upfront plan, because when the terrain is unknown you need to read and adjust along the way. Whether the engagement is AI transformation, leadership development or organisational change, the work therefore follows the same basic logic: listen in, design together, test at small scale and scale what works.
Explore
We begin with diagnostics and listening conversations: where do you stand today in technology, skills, culture and governance, and what is the real question behind the engagement?
Design
Based on your circumstances we design the strategy and change plan together. You should own the result, not me.
Pilot
Then we test at small scale: better a living prototype in someone’s hands on Friday than a perfect plan in six months. We adjust and learn, building the capacity to handle complexity along the way.
Scale
What works is built into the organisation, into governance, skills and culture, and what does not work is let go. The change becomes part of how you work, not a project on the side.
Theoretical foundations
The traditions I build on
I did not invent my method myself. My work stands on established traditions in technology, organisational development and psychology. Under each area you will find the thinkers who have shaped how I work.
Innovation
After two decades of product, innovation and entrepreneurial work I know how ideas become real, and what it takes for an organisation to actually create something new instead of just talking about it.
"The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do."
Steve Jobs
I follow the technology driving change right now: what it can actually do, where it falls short and how it reshapes work, business and leadership. Because I build with AI every day, I bring that experience into every engagement.
Vertical development, to me, is not just learning more but developing the capacity to see more: holding multiple perspectives at once without losing your footing.
"The very form of mind that has made us so successful is now the source of our suffering."
Robert Kegan
Organisations are living systems, not machines. Change moves between levels, in the individual, the team and the whole organisation, and emerges from the relationships between the parts rather than the parts themselves. I work with all levels, and with the movement between them.

Dialogue, collaboration principles and nonviolent communication are tools that create the psychological space where contact and change become possible, because it is in the meeting between people that something genuine can arise.
A long-standing Zen practice underlies everything I do: being with what is without immediately wanting to change it, and seeing both what is said and what is not said, what takes up space in a room and what recedes into the background.

Coaching is following the process, asking the question that opens things up, and trusting that the answers live with the person in front of me. My job is not to give answers, but to create the conversation where you find your own.
"Coaching is unlocking a person's potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them."

As a consultant I do not arrive with ready-made answers. My role is to give you the process, the structure and the questions that let you find your own. What you build yourselves outlives the engagement.
"Help is itself a process. It is not enough to have a good answer; we have to be in the right relationship to deliver it."
Edgar Schein
Leadership is not a title but a stance: navigating complexity, making decisions without full information and holding direction as the world shifts, while staying clear about what you stand for.
"Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it's having the courage to show up when you can't control the outcome."

My journey
From the outside in, and back again
Twenty years as a management consultant taught me to build digital products, drive innovation and start companies, through every major technology shift since the early 2000s. But the hardest part of every engagement was never the technology or the business. It was dealing with us humans, who have to change along with the technology, and there my engineering way of seeing the world fell short.
So I turned my focus inward: towards psychology, relationships and the existential. For several years I worked on developing leaders, individuals and groups, largely without technology involved.
Then one day, on my way home from coaching a CEO, I opened my AI mentor. It did a surprisingly good job of putting words to what had happened in the session. And in that moment I realised I needed to take on yet another technology shift, one with the potential to change everything from the ground up. But this time with a deeper understanding of what it means to be human.
That became the starting point for Qyrios, and the ambition to unite the possibilities of new technology with a deep understanding of people and organisations. I also practise what I preach. Qyrios runs on its own ecosystem of some fifteen AI agents handling content, relationships and horizon scanning, so what I help clients with, I run for real every day.
