Generate More Value with Systemic Team Coaching
Imagine your organization as a spider web. Each part of the web is connected, and when one thread is touched, the entire structure feels the ripple. Systemic team coaching is about seeing the web in its entirety—understanding how the actions, relationships, and decisions of one part influence the whole. It’s a transformative process that strengthens your team’s capacity to create value in today’s interconnected, complex organisational landscape.
Understanding Systemic Team Coaching
Systemic team coaching is a transformative process that helps teams see their part of the greater whole. It focuses on the relationships of individuals, teams, and their wider environment, much like the threads of a spider web. By examining the relationships and interactions within the team and with external stakeholders, systemic team coaching cultivates a deeper understanding of how the actions and results of the team ripple across the entire organisation.
This approach helps teams clarify their collective purpose, ensuring alignment with the needs of the organisation and its stakeholders. It creates a team environment of continuous learning and innovation, enabling teams to adapt and thrive in a complex, fast-changing world. By addressing both immediate challenges and systemic patterns, systemic team coaching builds lasting team behaviors that drive sustainable growth and performance.
Benefits of Systemic Team Coaching
-
Create More Value
Systemic team coaching is designed to identify and amplify how your team creates value for the organization as a whole. By focusing on what truly drives results it helps you unlock potential areas for growth and ensures that your team’s contributions directly support organisational success.
-
Partner With Your Stakeholders
Systemic Team Coaching looks beyond the team itself, exploring the team’s connections within the wider context. By continuously strengthening your relationships to the stakeholders you maximize your chances of generating impact over time together.
-
Relevant Team Development
Systemic Team Coaching provides your team with a clear, actionable roadmap to enhance collaboration, performance, and value creation. During the coaching process we support your development towards your highest potential.
The Systemic Team Coaching Journey
-
In our first meeting we start exploring the insides and context around the team to evaluate if systemic team coaching is relevant. Usually done with the team leader and sponsor, and in some cases the team.
-
Together with the team, we start mapping the web - understanding the team’s connections, challenges, and opportunities and what part of the web to engage during the process.
-
We collect insights from within the team and its surrounding ecosystem to identify patterns and interdependencies through interviews and surveys.
-
Together, we design a roadmap that strengthens the teams capacity to create value, addressing both immediate challenges and future aspirations.
-
Through workshops and ongoing coaching of the team and the team members, we help the team learn new capabilities, fortify connections and build resilience.
-
We reflect on the journey and ensure the team has the tools to continue strengthening the web independently and without further support from the coach.
