The Steps of the Team Value Assessment

The Team Value Catalyst begins with an initial meeting with the team leader to evaluate whether the process is relevant for the team and its current context. During this conversation, we explore the team’s goals, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring a shared understanding of how this process can create value.

Next, we hold a kick-off session with the entire team. This session aligns the team on the purpose of the process, clarifies objectives, and maps out the team’s surroundings, including its relationships within the organization and with key stakeholders. This step helps create a foundation of clarity and readiness for the work ahead.

We then move into the stakeholder assessment phase, where we conduct interviews or surveys with key stakeholders such as senior leaders, clients, or collaborators. This step provides an external perspective on the team’s value creation, highlighting its strengths and uncovering areas for growth. These insights form the basis for the next stage of the process.

The core of the Team Value Catalyst is the team workshop, where we bring together the data and feedback collected from stakeholders.
